Mobile Supervisor

Wireless Field Dispatch Management for Mobile Service Crews

The Mobile Supervisor software is a mobile application that allows the user to access most of the functionalities of the dispatch application, wirelessly from the field.  Mobile Supervisor allows the field supervisor to view the assignment list of other field crews, dispatch work to other crews in the field, change the statuses of work orders assigned to other crews as well as approve or refuse time sheets and field reports.

PragmaROAD

Optimized RF Data Transmission for Mobile Fleets

SkyVIEW

Dynamic GPS-based Geographical Display for Fleet Management

SkyVIEW is the extensible vehicle-tracking graphical display module of the CGI Mobile Workforce Management Solution (MWFMS).  SkyVIEW assimilates data from various sources (e.g., dispatch, geographic and vehicle information) and creates a layered, on-screen visual representation of mobile and remote crew operations in real time.  The GPS receivers in mobile and remote vehicles calculate the latitude and longitude of any given vehicle once every second.  A combination of differential GPS (DGPS) and dead reckoning options further refine the accuracy of geographic positioning to five meters or less.  SkyVIEW conducts information derived from the GPS receivers.  This information is filtered through a mobile radio terminal, then transmitted to the service provider's designated dispatch fleet or operations center.
